How to enrol
What happens after the tour?
After your tour, our Family Support Team will be available to guide you through the enrolment process and address any further questions you may have.
If you find that the centre you have toured is the best fit for your child and there are available vacancies, our Family Support Team will guide you through the enrolment process and assist with the necessary paperwork before your child’s start date.
Availability and waitlists
Our centres accept childcare applications for future enrolments, and placements are offered as they become available. Your chosen centre will also invite you back for Stay and Play sessions, allowing your family to start building a supportive and collaborative relationship that will continue throughout your child’s early education and care journey with us.
If a centre is currently full in your child’s age group, our Family Support Team will add your child’s name to our waitlist. We will then contact you as soon as places become available. We also perform monthly check-ins to review availability, and you will receive a text message each month confirming if you’re still happy to remain on the waitlist. When spots become vacant, we will call you with the good news! If you would like an update at any point, feel free to reach out to our Family Support Team via Web Chat or call us on [BRAND NUMBER].

Prepare the enrolment paperwork
Once your child has been given a place at one of our child care and early education centres, our Family Support Team will contact you to start the enrolment process at your chosen centre. Your family will be asked to complete the enrolment form and submit this back to our Family Support Team.
There are a few items you will need to have on hand to help you fill out the enrolment form, including:
- Your child’s Customer Reference Number (CRN). If you do not have a CRN or are unsure where to find this, visit the Centrelink website here.
- Your child’s Medicare Number/Reference Number.
- Your child’s immunisation status record downloaded from Medicare/MyGov, which will need to be provided to the centre before commencement.
Our Family Support Team are here every step of the way to support you through the enrolment process if you have any questions. Call us so we can help you enrol today.
Stay and Play – orientation session
After you accept the enrolment and fill out the required paperwork, you will be successfully enrolled. Your Centre Manager will reach out to you to arrange an orientation for your child.
We offer Stay and Play sessions, where you and your child can come along for morning tea and a play. These orientation sessions offered at our centres can give your child a chance to explore their new environment and interact with other children while having their families around. Spending some time with the educators at the centre allows you to see how your child interacts with them.
Some practice of arriving and leaving the centre together can make that first experience much easier, and some familiarity will help assist with the settling-in period. This is also a good time to bring a written routine of your child’s day before their first day, including their sleep/feed times, likes and dislikes, or any other notes, so our educators can prepare for a smooth transition.
As part of these sessions and the enrolment process, we make every effort to get to know you and your child as much as possible and form that all-important bond.
To prepare an orientation, please contact your chosen child care and early education centre directly.
